Advance Constitutional principles and civic participation to fully integrate and engage Hispanics of all ages into the political process.

CHR will partner with members locally, regionally, and nationally to increase awareness, advocacy, and organizing capacity to help Hispanic American Citizens have a voice in government and become active participants in the civic life of their communities.
