August 4, 2023 the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Sabor celebration at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Thousands of people attended the fundraiser and enjoyed the tastes of Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, and other Latino countries. Everything Latinos love can be found at Sabor: food, music, drinks, and dancing abound. It’s definitely the place to meet people from all over the state. We chatted with Denver mayor candidate Kelly Brough, ran into Senator Michael Bennet, caught up with Board of Education member Stephen Varela all the way up from Pueblo, and spent time with many others on this beautiful summer evening.
